Skeletal Sniper Minions Detonate Dead
Early Access – Day 30 – January 5, 2025
My 3rd minion experience, again, I respecced slightly and changed my gems from my Storm Mage Minions Detonate Dead Infernalist to try this GazzyTV build and this is my favourite so far.
Slightly worse than the Skeletal Arsonist Raging Spirits Minions Detonate Dead Infernalist for mapping clear but better DPS and it’s not a visual nightmare so you can see what you do. I kept Detonate Dead in my gems to help.
I was able to beat the Citadel bosses more easily, unlock the 4th ascendancy by killing the Trialmaster. I unfortunately wiped on the Arbiter of Ash because I’m a noob, no fault of this build.
I might go back to this build, especially for boss killing: it’s super tanky, you don’t need to aim, good DPS.

What I liked
- Super Tanky – a lot of ES with Grim Feast, 50% block cap, max res
- Cheap – can be put together for probably less than 4-5 divs
- Lazy minion playstyle great for bossing
- Can do all waystone mods
- Visual clarity
What I disliked
- Minion AI – especially when running small corridors like Towers.
- Mapping – See above but even in good open map, mapping could be faster, Detonate Dead help a lot.
- Slow – Movement speed and map clear
